The Kelly Foundation for Arts & Education is proud to offer pilot scholarships to support individuals pursuing professional education through the Academy of Loc Artistry. These scholarships are designed to reduce financial barriers for students who demonstrate commitment, readiness, and alignment with our mission of education, empowerment, and community impact.
Scholarship awards provide partial tuition assistance and are applied directly to program costs. Funds are awarded through a fair and structured application process and are limited in number for each cohort.
